Join Helen, founder of Albion Nights and Ashlyn, founder of Bless Stories, for a weekend designed to soothe your nervous system and restore your inner calm. Two women who believe in the power of nature, stillness, and connection — holding space for you together in a wildflower meadow.

We've created this event as a collective exhale - your chance to pause, reconnect and reset.

Our expert facilitators, including Dr Erica McNabb,  will guide you through breathwork, qi gong, forest bathing, sauna rituals, ice plunges and a sound bath. On Saturday night, we’ll dress up and gather under the stars for a gut-nourishing three-course supper cooked over fire by Polly Baldwin, founder of Jolly Allotment.

Opening and closing circles will frame the weekend, grounding you as you step back into life feeling restored and resilient.
